ME BEFORE YOU BY JOJO MOYES

Blurb:

Lou Clark knows lots of things. She knows how many footsteps there are between the bus stop and home. She knows she likes working in The Buttered Bun tea shop and she knows she might not love her boyfriend Patrick.

What Lou doesn't know is she's about to lose her job or that knowing what's coming is what keeps her sane. Will Traynor knows his motorcycle accident took away his desire to live. He knows everything feels very small and rather joyless now and he knows exactly how he's going to put a stop to that. What Will doesn't know is that Lou is about to burst into his world in a riot of colour. And neither of them knows they're going to change the other for all time.

I hesitated first to read this book because romance genre is not my cup of tea.  Romance genre seem to be always average for me.  I tried to read some books to change my perception but only disappointment comes in. So, I convinced myself to read this book and I was like

I really liked it!!!
This book has so many ups and down and it brings so many emotions out of me. This book is so good and yet it shows the harsh reality how the people with quadriplegic feels.
The story starts with a girl Louisa Clark who worked at a cafe but his owner decided to shut it down. Lou was unambitious, immature, chatty and a vacuous woman. she does not have big dreams for her, she was happy in her small world. Her family has a financial problem so she started looking for a job and finds a job "care and companionship for a disabled man" with a good remuneration.
On the first day of her new job she met William Traynor who's suffering from quadriplegic, he can't use his legs and very limited use of hands. Will was all sarcastic and rude to her , but eventually they started liking each others company.

One day Lou finds out that will tried to kill himself and he didn't like the ways he was dependant on others for every tiny thing. He also talked about this with his parents and was given six months time before he did that again and Lou was hired to change his mind.

Will was living his life before the accident. He was ambitious, wealthy, successful, adventurous, athletic and intelligent. After the accident he was stuck in a wheelchair forever. At this point I totally understand what he was going through, you are living your wonderful life and the next day you are stuck in a wheelchair and dependent on a person for anything and everything. Jojo Moyes has written Will's feeling so well that I truly understand how a person in such a situation feels.  On the other hand Lou always plan something to make his day good. Lou and Will eventually developed a great connection. He's happy when she was around, he becomes chatty and sarcastically funny when she was around. This book shows their relationship in such a way that will definitely make you cry, happy & devastated at some point. This book is worth reading.

This book has a movie starring Emilia Clarke and Sam Claflin OMGG!!! I am so going watch this movie and see whether the movie did justice for the book. I'll also write a book versus movie review.
